Feature

WhatsApp chatbot builder with buttons and menus

A WhatsApp chatbot answers the questions customers ask again and again — prices, timings, location, booking — the moment they ask, even at night. In ClickCard you build the conversation as a flow of messages with buttons, lists and media, and the chatbot runs on every incoming message to your WhatsApp Business number.

Why it helps

Use this page to understand the practical business value before setting up a ClickCard profile.

Customers get an answer in seconds, including outside working hours, which is when many enquiries arrive.
Your team spends its time on conversations that need a person, not on typing the same address and price list again.
You stay in control: pause the bot for any chat, take over from the shared inbox, and edit the flow whenever your offers change.

Recommended setup

  1. Connect your WhatsApp Business number to ClickCard.
  2. Write down the five to eight questions customers ask most, with the answer to each.
  3. Create a flow: a welcome message with up to three buttons or a list, then one answer per choice.
  4. Add a hand-off step such as “Talk to our team” that stops the bot and alerts your staff.
  5. Test it from another phone, then check which questions people still type outside the menu and add them.

Quality tips

Keep the first message short and offer no more than three buttons, or a list for more choices.
Always give a way to reach a human; customers leave when a bot has no exit.
Use the customer’s language: many Indian customers prefer Hindi or Marathi to English, so offer a language choice early.
Review the conversations weekly and turn the most common free-text questions into menu items.

Frequently asked questions

No. You create the flow in the ClickCard dashboard by adding messages and choosing what each button leads to.

It replies to incoming messages according to your flow. You can switch it off or pause it for a single conversation, for example when a staff member takes over.

The chatbot follows the flow you design, so every answer is exactly what you wrote. The AI assistant writes a reply for each question from the business information you give it. Many businesses use the flow for the main menu and the AI assistant for everything else.

Replies the chatbot sends inside a customer’s 24-hour window are not billed by Meta as template messages. ClickCard’s WhatsApp Starter plan is ₹999 a month for 5,000 business-started messages, and WhatsApp Unlimited is ₹1,799 a month with no message limit. The chatbot is included with Unlimited, and with Starter for your first paid month. New accounts currently get 30 days free with 1,000 messages and the chatbot included.
