Meta bills template messages to the WhatsApp Business Account you connect. ClickCard’s plan fee is separate. ClickCard’s WhatsApp Starter plan is ₹999 a month for 5,000 business-started messages, and WhatsApp Unlimited is ₹1,799 a month with no message limit. The chatbot is included with Unlimited, and with Starter for your first paid month.
Replies you send inside the 24 hours after a customer writes are not billed as template messages.
